Ingredients
- 500g Cooked Peeled Prawns.
- 1 Large Avocado.
- ½ Head of Lettuce, washed & shredded.

Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice.
- 100g Smoke Salmon, roughly shredded (optional).
- 3 – 4 Tablespoons Prawn Cocktail Sauce (Recipe Here).
Method
- Peel and cut the avocado into .5cm cubes.
- Combine avocado, lettuce and lemon juice into a small and mix until combined (be careful not to mash the avocado).
- Divide prawns into 4 equal portions.
- Get your serving bowls and equally divide the lettuce mixture, put the prawns and shredded smoked salmon on top.
- Top with cocktail sauce and enjoy.
