  • Ingredients

    • 500g Cooked Peeled Prawns.
    • 1 Large Avocado.
    • ½ Head of Lettuce, washed & shredded.
    • Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice.
    • 100g Smoke Salmon, roughly shredded (optional).
    • 3 – 4 Tablespoons Prawn Cocktail Sauce (Recipe Here).

    Method

    • Peel and cut the avocado into .5cm cubes.
    • Combine avocado, lettuce and lemon juice into a small and mix until combined (be careful not to mash the avocado).
    • Divide prawns into 4 equal portions.
    • Get your serving bowls and equally divide the lettuce mixture, put the prawns and shredded smoked salmon on top.
    • Top with cocktail sauce and enjoy.
